Mentoring Staff and Post-Opening

 The best way to train your staff is for them to see the way it should be done. We will walk them through every aspect of the spa business so they can understand and appreciate the entire process of serving customers as your honored guests. An employee who is at home will welcome guests into an atmosphere of warmth and gracious hospitality.

 We suggest a three to six month retainer after opening so that we can work closely with your staff. Opening a property is a stressful time. We like to keep the stress levels down by offering our experience and support on site and/or thru daily emails, phone calls and faxes. Your staff and management will need support to get through all the glitches that occur immediately after opening.
