Donna Mastrianni Donna has been actively involved with the salon, spa and wellness industries since 1983. She began her career as an Esthetician performing facials and body treatments at full service salons in Connecticut. During this time she was office manager and consulting Esthetician for a Plastic Surgeons group. Moving to Atlanta, Ga. In 1986, Donna was employed at Noelle, The Day Spa as Spa Supervisor /Esthetician. In 1988 she helped open the The Olde Town Athletic Club as Spa Director. In 1989 she was hired to open a new spa for the Cloister Resort in Sea Island, Ga. At the time a Five Star,Five Diamond property. Donna remained with this company for ten years dedicating herself to making the Sea Island Spa the worlds finest. In 1998, the spa was given the Travel & Leisure World's Best award.
During Donna's twenty years
in the spa & wellness industry, she has visited over sixty- five resort, destination
and day spa properties. Realizing the need for experienced professionals in
the industry, Donna opened Mastrianni & Associates, Inc. Most recently Donna
has provided consulting services for the Spa at the Ford Plantation in Richmond
Hill, Georgia, The Spa at the Inn at Bay Harbor in Bay Harbor, Michigan and
Cutting Edge Fitness, Inc. Chicago, Ill . and The Spa at Canyon Oaks, Crawford,Texas
The Associates are a select
group of professionals with various backgrounds in the industry. They provide
assistance with dance movement therapy, team building, wellness retreats, training
and sales.
Donna has appeared in various television commercials, advertising video's and brochures. She has assisted in photo shoots for magazine ads such as Shape, Vogue, Southern Living and Travel & Leisure.
She has been featured in magazines for her expertise as an Esthetician in Westport News, Spafinder Magazine, The Good Life, Creative Loafing, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Skin, Inc. Professional Magazine, Augusta Magazine, Golden Isles Life Magazine and Dermascope Magazine.
